NAFA is run by a working committee elected by the annual meeting, which for the year 2025/26 consists of the following members, each responsible for dedicated tasks:

Carolina Némethy (Gothenburg, Sweden): General Secretary and representative for the NAFA newsnet (https://nafanetwork.org).

Åshild Sunde Feyling Thorsen (Bergen University Museum, Norway): Assistant General Secretary and responsible for the NAFA Film Archive and archived documents.

Emil Victor Hvidtfeldt (Copenhagen, Denmark): Treasurer, Email: emil-hvidtfeldt(at)hotmail.com

Esme Andrews (Edinburgh, Scotland): NAFA's social media activities and festival website webmaster.

Knud Fischer-Møller (Copenhagen, Denmark): Responsible for building up a photo documentation archive of NAFA events and activities.

Julián David Loaiza Pineda (Tromsø, Norway): Technical support to the NAFA festivals.

Lise Cathrine Røv (Tromsø, Norway). 

Ilakkiya Mariya Simon (Tromsø, Norway): Representative for the NAFA newsnet.
